Nu har jag ätit samma mat tre gånger den här veckan. Men det gör inget, för det är väldigt gott. Och ganska bra för de som tänker GI. Tror jag.
En halv grillad kyckling.
Keso.
Avocado.
Tomat.
Sketagott. Fast idag blev det utan avocado. Jag är en rookie på avocados, och lyckades få en som var som gummi och därför oätlig. Trodde det räckte med att de skulle vara lite lagom mjuka sådär. Hur fan går det annars att kolla om den är ätbar eller icke?

keso! keso är nästan det bästa jag vet. Det skulle jag kunna äta idag om jag orkade gå och handla.
Jag har alltså löst mitt problem. I teorin. Synd att det alltid ska till praktisk handling.

jag måste tyvärr meddela att toppen-tricket inte alltid funkar det heller. fast det är såklart bättre än inget.
SKulle precis meddela samma avokadotrick, men själv köper jag hem en påse från typ eldorado och låter dem mogna hemma (för snabbare mognad lägg bredvid en banan): Då slipper man även råka ut för avokados som andra klämt sönder. De ska vara lite lagom mjuka runt hela, men inte för mjuka. Man lär sig! :) Jag äter avokado och keso nästan varje dag! (laktosfri) och grilla kyckling + tomat är SÅ gott. Tomat äter jag också varje dag :) Väldigt bra och säkert GI-där! :)
Kläm och känn. Efter ett tag får du in knixen och slipper gummiadvokado och sura blickar från butikspersonalen. Man måste ju klämma!
